Join for a day of mindfulness, exploration, breathing, meditation and relaxation.
We will begin with an introduction to what mindfulness is and what this means for us in our lives.
With an approach of wholehearted compassion we will spend time exploring how we are with ourselves, thought, words and actions, and investigate ways to invite compassion to these internal (and external) conversations. We will also explore how we might start to to be with (difficult) feelings and mindfulness practices that can help us to navigate these.
The focus will be on application of mindfulness and relaxation techniques so you leave feeling like you have tools and resources to take mindfulness into your life as a way of supporting you living in a connected wholehearted way.
