About me -
Hello! I have been a student of yoga, philosophy, neuroscience and meditation for over 20 years.
I am a trained lawyer and practiced for a number of years before making the wholehearted choice to pursue teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation full time 9 years ago. This work has taken me around the world studying and teaching.
A recent adventure has been becoming a mum, which has cracked my heart and faculty of wonder wide open all over again.
I live in Wellington and work in person and online with businesses, groups and individuals of all ages and circumstances.
The work that I do with people incorporates, but isn't limited to yoga, coaching, mindfulness and meditation. I also facilitate mindfulness and yoga teacher trainings and retreats.
My passion is to see people living wholehearted, fulfilling & compassionate lives.

Initially I started seeing Helen as part of a course to help with breathing for speech delivery, and came away with so much more.
I don’t enjoy being front and centre of a room so get anxious in advance, an issue around confidence not performance. We explored the why of that through self-reflection and mindfulness and I’ve discovered so much more about myself, my values, and my drivers. I now recognise when they are not being met, are being challenged, how that makes me feel, and have more tools in the toolbox to work through it.
As a full time working mum it’s easy to put yourself at the bottom of the list, that doesn’t make for a whole and happy person. I’ve learnt that you have to pay attention to what your mind and body are telling you, and recognise when you need to pay attention and put some time and effort back into you.
I continue to work with Helen, an essential contriution to my wellbeing, she’s been a gift!
